Kweer Events is operated by So Relevant GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our event activities.

2. What data we collect and why

Newsletter and mailing list: When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. We use this to send you event announcements, early access content, and updates. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Party preferences and brand affinity: When you complete our party preference form, we collect information about which of our events interest you (Kweer Ball, Explicit, TEA, PIT, Drag Brunch). This data may reveal information about your sexual preferences or orientation, which is classified as special category data under GDPR Art. 9. We collect this only with your explicit consent, and only to personalise the communications and invitations we send you.

Contact enquiries: If you contact us by email, we retain the content of your message and your email address to respond and for record-keeping.

3. HubSpot

We use HubSpot, Inc. as our CRM platform to manage contacts and send communications. HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your data may be processed on servers in the United States. 4. Third-party platforms

We operate communities and channels on the following platforms. If you choose to join them, those platforms' own privacy policies apply:

• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC)

 

Our ticketing is handled by Eventfrog AG, Switzerland. If you purchase tickets through Eventfrog, their privacy policy applies to that transaction.

 

5. Cookies and tracking

This website is built on Wix and may use cookies for functionality and analytics. HubSpot embedded forms may also set tracking cookies when you interact with them. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep your data

​

We retain your contact data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Special category preference data is held for the same period and deleted on the same basis.

Under GDPR and the Swiss nDSG, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done)

• Object to processing or request restriction

• Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence
